Aon Employee Engagement Dashboard UX/UI Redesign

Role

I lead the redesign of a complex and data heavy employee engagement platform from concept through execution. I began by conducting competitive research and then worked alongside the executive and development teams to quickly iterate on high-fidelity prototypes which served as sales and demonstration tools.

Reimagine Employee Engagement

A complete reimagining of a world-class employee engagement reporting platform offered by Aon Hewitt. The redesign aimed to address a number of user-related issues, bring in parody with other products on the market, and further enable employers to engage with their teams. As the software was originally designed by a development team, we needed to make the software far more usable for the app’s “super users” plus more understandable for the novice user. The overall mission of this app was to be the coach every aspiring manager needs to get them to the next level. Below is a walkthrough of the process we took from brand redesign to wireframes to some of the final screen design plus admin site design.
