The redesign aimed to address a number of user related issues, parody to other products on the market and a need to further enable employers to engage their teams. Lead the redesign from concept through execution. Beginning by conducting as much research as possible and working alongside the executive and development teams to create functional prototypes. The final prototype became a sales tool that was sold to many of the largest companies in the world. I was responsible for the UX/UI design of this suite of web-based applications. Activities included wire framing, creating user flows, low & high fidelity prototypes and iterative user testing.
